1. Cooperation Terms
Zhaike Group ("the Company", "we", or "us") provides integrated R&D, production, and global sales services for fine chemical and cosmetic raw materials. By engaging in business with us, you agree to these cooperation terms.
1.1 Eligibility & Verification
Customers must be legally registered entities. We may require business registration certificates, tax identification, and relevant industry licenses (e.g., pharmaceutical or cosmetic manufacturing licenses) prior to establishing a formal cooperation.
1.2 Scope of Services
Our services include but are not limited to one-stop customized procurement, chemical engineering material sourcing, and logistics coordination. We serve global brand buyers, wholesalers, and industrial clients across dozens of countries.
2. Trading Rules
To ensure fair, efficient, and secure transactions, the following rules apply to all standard and customized chemical orders placed with Zhaike Industry Co.,Ltd. and METISARC PTE. LTD.

AQuotations & Pricing
Quotations are valid for the period specified in the official document (typically 7-14 days due to raw material market fluctuations). Prices are generally quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed.

BPayment Terms
Standard terms are T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight for large corporate buyers. Specific advance payment percentages depend on the customization level of the chemical intermediates.

CShipping & Incoterms
We operate under standard ICC Incoterms 2020 (e.g., FOB, CIF, DDP). The transfer of risk and responsibility aligns strictly with the agreed Incoterm in the commercial contract.

Contract & Production
